This adorable outfit set features a collared sweatshirt and matching pants, both with our all-over cotton flowers pattern. The set is made from a cozy organic cotton fleece to keep them warm while out and about. With a pretty Peter Pan collar, the sweatshirt will leave her looking all grown up. Buttons at the back make the piece easy to pull over their heads at the beginning of a busy morning. Meanwhile, the pants have a simple elasticated waistband with a drawstring tie for quick changing throughout the day. Pair with a vest and they’re ready to go.

Shipping Information:

  • Shipping is available in the United States only
  • ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. If you need to change something, please contact us by calling 580- 382-4018
  • We offer $7.99 standard shipping on all orders.
  • We have the right to cancel any order due shipping charges. As a small business, we are unable to ship very large items.
  • All packages ship from our location in Ponca City, Oklahoma. That’s smack dab in the middle of the United States) and are shipped via USPS Ground.
  • Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and transit to carrier. Packages normally ship within 1-3 business days. Usually, next business day.
  • Standard delivery time should be between 7-14 days from the date of order. However, packages normally arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days after shipping confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
  • We are not responsible for products that were shipped to an invalid or incorrect mailing address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked unclaimed, return to sender, or not deliverable, or any other reason by the carrier, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout. Original shipping will not be refunded on any invalid or incorrect address returns, RTS, or any other marked reason. You are responsible for any reshipment charges.

At The Farm House Kids Co., we are here to serve you! If you aren't in love with your purchase we want to try to do as much as we can to put your littles in the perfect piece. We have a 10 day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request to exchange the item or receive store credit. We DO NOT do returns, only exchanges or for store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise discussed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If it was apart of secret steals  it will not be available for exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
