- Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and transit to carrier. Packages normally ship within 1-3 business days. Usually, next business day.
- Standard delivery time should be between 7-14 days from the date of order. However, packages normally arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days after shipping confirmation.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
- We are not responsible for products that were shipped to an invalid or incorrect mailing address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked unclaimed, return to sender, or not deliverable, or any other reason by the carrier, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout. Original shipping will not be refunded on any invalid or incorrect address returns, RTS, or any other marked reason. You are responsible for any reshipment charges.

Returns + Exchanges
At The Farm House Kids Co., we are here to serve you! If you aren't in love with your purchase we want to try to do as much as we can to put your littles in the perfect piece. We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request to exchange the item or receive store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

If it was apart of secret steals it will not be available for exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
